I use this tomake keys always this time Imade three keys and none ofthem worked! Very disappointed need arefund!

This was myfirst time using Minute Key and right from the start, Ilikedit. Itwas easy touse the screen instructions were very good AND all the keys worked inthe locks! Not only would Irecommend Minute Key but I’m looking for keys tomake just touse itagain!

The machine made great copies and was easy touse. Quicker than waiting for the store associates tomanually cut keystoo.
That being said, holy cow does the KeyHero phone app and website UIneed work. It’sbad. The system won’t import one ofmy keys from when Imade the virtual backup. Istill get email address verification emails ona regular basis despite having verified already.

I had 6keys duplicated and every one ofthem worked! That never happens when ahuman cuts the keys. Iam aproperty manager and frequently have keys duplicated. Iam sold!
