When I was a brand-new League President, I had the opportunity to have some of my colleagues visit me in Connecticut and talk through some of their lessons learned and best practices. Brett Thompson was a lead voice in this work and helped guide me toward some of the success strategies we used for growth. What would it be like to take the League that benefited from that guidance for over two decades and build off that foundation? Incredible affiliation, top-notch advocacy, and some of the best collaborative relationships in the country (right, Gerry? right Mara?) are already in place. Could you be the next President/CEO of the The Wisconsin Credit Union League, ready to help Wisconsin's Credit Unions thrive? Opportunities like this don't come along often... Don't miss your chance to apply!

Delighted to be with friends at the MDDC Credit Union Association #connect2024 where I’ll be conducting a breakout session on Best Practices in Board Effectiveness, then speaking on a panel with my favorite-ever co-panelist Renee Sattiewhite and James H. Pogue, Ph.D, and Roderic Flowers this afternoon.

Humanidei was founded to be a partner in credit unions' people operations. We believe a holistic approach to the people in credit unions is key to getting the right people in place to help credit unions live their mission. It's really exciting when our clients see the value in that. Our work with First Alliance Credit Union is a great example! We partnered with that Board to place Brent W. Rempe as their President/CEO and Brent has leaned into coaching and Leadership Circles we offer with our CEO placements, working with Tracie Kenyon, CUDE, CAE, UW CPC, PCC to expand his network and idea share with other CU CEOs from across the country. Then, Brent encouraged the amazing and energetic Andrea Allen to join our Humanedge program, immediately investing in her as he takes succession planning and leadership development seriously. Now, we are working together to continue building out the leadership of First Alliance with two great professional opportunities, sure to be key to the future of this credit union. Want to work in an inclusive organization with a true commitment to making a difference in members' lives? Consider leading Risk Management or Retail Experience at First Alliance in Rochester, Minnesota. #CUDEs strongly encouraged to apply. You'll feel the difference at this CU! My colleagues Sonya Watkins, CDR and Jaime Marks are ready to help you learn more.

I am passionate about the people in credit unions and the passion they have for credit unions. There are amazing leaders out there eager for their chance to lead a small credit union serving a unique niche, creating financial well-being for members better than anyone else can. I love leading Humanidei because I can use our resources to support and guide even the smallest credit unions to finding excellent CEOs.And now I'm excited about a new way we are helping small credit unions get the talent they need for the future: We are collaborating with the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues to develop bench strength in small credit unions. Thanks to the Leagues’ small credit union development program sponsorship, we are offering a 12-month leadership development program that will build the next generation of C-Suite leaders in small credit unions across California and Nevada. If you are a rising executive in one of these credit unions, I hope you’ll consider joining this program, ready to launch late this summer! https://lnkd.in/eyAnkURF

At Humanidei we don’t just place executives, we build leadership. When we get the chance to work with people like Ronaldo visualizing the future, then helping him find the leaders to make it happen… not much beats that! Congratulations NACUSO, Sedric Brinson, CUDE, SCMS, Adam Lee, and Rebecca Isaacs, CUDE! It was an honor to partner with you all in this process. Can’t wait to see the great things you all do!

It was a delight to make my first trip to Alaska this week and join the Alaska Credit Union League as a speaker on Best Practices for Effective Boards at their 50th annual meeting! Some best practices from them? Mark B. and his team did an incredible job as hosts, creating a really fun sense of community. I especially admired their rising stars program that brought leaders in with a curated program that encouraged them to introduce themselves and get to know others in the room. I was delighted to meet Rafael Lim who told me wonderful things about his former and my current coworker Sonya Watkins, CDR.Thank you, Credit Union 1 Alaska and all!
